Rebate worksheets

Two worksheets for supplier rebate contracts. Each one uses only the numbers you type, writes out its arithmetic line by line, and starts empty unless you load its fictional example.

Nothing leaves your browser. There is no sign-up and no form to submit, and the pages do not store or send your numbers.

  • Rebate tier pace worksheet

For one tiered rebate, retrospective or stepped: what is owed now, where the period lands at its current pace, and what the next tier would take and pay.

    You enter
Months in the period and months so far, spend so far, rebate received, and up to four tiers with their rates.
    You get
Three figures on separate lines, each with the arithmetic written out in your own numbers.
  • Market-share commitment worksheet

For one share commitment: the share as a percent and as a ratio, the purchasing that would need to shift, and the rebate the shortfall is holding.

    You enter
Category spend with every supplier, spend with this supplier, the committed share, and the rebate that depends on it.
    You get
The share, the shift and the held rebate, with warnings for a market that reads 100% and one scoped far too wide.

Looking for something to print and work through with a team? The guides and checklists cover rebate contract intake, the quarterly rebate close and bill-only process audits.

A real contract, run against real purchases

The worksheets take one contract at a time, on numbers you type. In a working session we load a contract as written, run it against your purchase data, and show what it has earned, what has been received and what is still open before the period closes.
