Two for the money.
Four for the paperwork.

Two flagship products deal with the money in supplier contracts: rebates, from the purchases that earn them to the payment that settles them, and bill-only implant charges before they become purchase orders. Four smaller tools each move one back-office job out of spreadsheets and email.

Two flagship products

Rebate Recovery shows what your supplier contracts have earned, what has been paid and what is still owed, so you can collect the rebates both sides already agreed. Implant Control checks each bill-only request against contract price and the surgical case before your ERP raises a purchase order.

Rebate Recovery

Supplier rebate tracking, management and recovery software for health systems

Checks every supplier rebate contract against what you actually bought, then shows what suppliers owe you today, what this period is on pace to pay, and what is still within reach before it closes.

Formerly HART.

Every alert it raises, in one list

  • Owed to you today, by reason

Late, due, held by a commitment you can still clear, or billed above your contract price. Each is collected differently, so each is listed separately, and one export gives the supplier a statement by reason, with the invoices behind any overcharge.

  • A $0 always comes with its reason

When a fact is missing, the rebate reads $0 and names what is missing instead of guessing in your favor. A rule-by-rule check shows which condition emptied it, so the set-up can be fixed while the period is still open.

  • Contracts read by AI, approved by a person

The contract assistant reads a signed agreement into an editable draft and marks whether each value’s wording was found in the document. Nothing is saved until a person reviews the draft and presses Create, and what that creates is an inactive draft contract.

Implant Control

Bill-only request management and surgical case reconciliation

Vendor reps submit bill-only requests online, every line is checked against contract price and the surgical case, and approved requests go to your ERP for a purchase order.

Formerly IMS.

The guide for vendor reps

  • Checked against the surgical case

Each request is reconciled to the case record your EMR exports, not just to a price file: catalog number, quantity, unit price and supplier.

  • Each case line claimed once

When several vendors bill against one surgery, quantity one request has claimed from the case is not available to the next. The claim is released if that request is rejected, declined or deleted.

  • Connected by scheduled file exchange

Case data comes in from your EMR, approved requests go out as a requisition file, and purchase order numbers come back, all by scheduled secure file transfer. Your ERP still creates the purchase order.

Smaller tools for the jobs around them

Each one does a single back-office job for the same hospital teams, with the statuses and records that job already uses.

  • Vendor Compliance

    Formerly VCM.

Vaccination and document compliance for vendor representatives

Set what each group must have on file, collect proof and exemptions, review them in one queue, and keep a current compliant or non-compliant status for every person.

  • Delivery Tracking

    Formerly IRT.

Internal courier requests, driver dispatch and package tracking between facilities

Departments request a pickup online, a dispatcher assigns a driver, and sender and receiver follow every status change by email or text.

  • Product Approval

    Formerly DAF.

Physician sign-off for surgical product requests

A short request form, an emailed link, and a one-click approve or decline from the physician leaders who need to sign off, with every action logged.

  • Forms Library

    Formerly FTA.

One catalog for every hospital form, its print orders, artwork and translations

A system of record for the hospital form library: numbering, revisions, print specifications, orders, artwork jobs and linked language versions.

They serve the same people: supply chain, contracting, perioperative, finance and hospital operations teams, with vendor reps on the other side of some of them.

Why one company builds all of these

One engineering team builds and supports every product here, on the same cloud platform, with the same approach to sign-in and role-based access. Each is deployed for your organization on its own, so you can start with the one that fits the problem you have now and add another later without taking on a second vendor.

Start with the problem in front of you

Tell us what is costing you time or money: a rebate that never seems to arrive, a bill-only queue, vendor compliance, courier requests, product approvals or the forms library. We will show you the product that fits, with the people who build it.
